At Identify HR we focus on providing honest, professional consultancy advice. We would rather send you one great candidate than four to make up numbers. Our work with candidates is underpinned by our Packaging approach to jobseekers. All applicants are given a thorough competence and behavioral-based interview with an experienced recruiter to assess and understand their key competences; hard skills and technical competence; soft skills and workplace attitudes and their aspirations and career goals. We do not just tick boxes on CVs. Our processes allow us to build real rapport and trust with high value and hard-to-find candidates.

For technical, software, IT and sales candidates we have both a technical and functional understanding of our clients’ environments; our Practices are managed by senior recruiters who have worked in the space they recruit for.

Our sales candidates go through our Sales Talent Engagement Framework (STEF),which gives hiring sales leaders and accurate and verifiable assessment of a candidates sales performance to-date and their potential for the future.
