Business Developer

Our client is a leading FinTech start-up who work within the open banking space. We are working in partnership with them to find a Business Development Manager and a Head of Sales / Sales Director to support their continues growth. You can be based at either their Edinburgh or London office or even home based; all expenses are covered.   Finding the right person to fit the role and company culture and values is key.  Their CEO is well regarded and has an open culture where updates are shared at weekly meetings over a beer.

Business Development Manager

  • You will understand open banking
  • You will have sold credit risk products or similar
  • You want a 100% hunter type role where you will be rewarded for your efforts, double base salary OTE should easily be within your reach

Sales Director / Manager (role could be shaped around you)

  • At this level you will be able to chat to us about your tombstone deals
  • You understand open banking and have experience in this area OR relevant software data solution sales experience within financial services
  • You will happy to be a “player manager” to earn your own commission as well as share in the teams you coach and mentor
