Our retained client is looking for a HR Business Partner / HR Manager to work at both a strategic and operational level.  The company is a SME with big plans.  The role is a Generalist as you will support the whole business.  The desire is that this HR person will grow with the business to become an HR Director with them.  The role level is flexible as the right culture fit is key.

They need support in many areas; from creating a simple, robust performance management plan, coaching line managers, employee relations, through to recruitment etc.

You will need the following skills:

  • Strong recruitment and generalist HR skills including knowledge of current and upcoming employment legislation
  • Highly confident, competent and articulate individual who can deliver professional advice and guidance to employees at all levels
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
